Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping.
Once received, the product will be inspected for eligibility.
If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days.

Shipping costs for returns due to mismatched or misrepresented products may be reimbursed at our discretion.
Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made items unless they are defective or different from the order.
