These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website tukicrafts.com and any purchases you make of our handicraft products, including brass and other metal items (collectively, the “Products”). 2. Eligibility

3.1. You may browse our site without registering, but creating an account is required to purchase Products.

a. Adding a Product to your cart and completing checkout constitutes an offer to purchase.
b. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability.

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets. All payments are securely processed.
5.3. Pricing and Taxes
Prices are inclusive of applicable GST/VAT where required. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1. Shipping Options & Costs
We offer standard and expedited shipping within India and select international destinations. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
6.2. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipment. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
6.3. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier picks up the shipment. Title passes upon our full receipt of payment.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by your order number.
7.2. Return Process
Contact support@tukicrafts.com with “Return Request” in the subject. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
7.3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus any shipping costs.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on tukicrafts.com, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of Tuki Crafts or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
